Arben Management have been involved in a number of industrial projects. Some of the recently completed industrial projects are listed below.


Yennora Distribution Centre, Building 9

Yennora Distribution Centre, Building 9

Duration: April 2005 to January 2006

Arben Management successfully completed the project management of this 16,800m² warehouse with associated hardstand and truck circulation areas in January 2006. The warehouse consists of two separate tenancies with associated offices. Yennora Distribution Centre is a facility of State significance and given its status as an inland port, approvals come under the jurisdiction of DIPNR.

Following on from the successful delivery of Building 9 at Yennora Distribution Centre, Arben Management has successfully completed the project management of this 8,000m² warehouse and associated hardstand and truck circulation areas, on behalf of Stockland. Prime Constructions continued as the principal contractor - maintaining the project team from Building 9.

This project comprises a 20,000m² container park for 4 high container stacking, 90 tonne axle load container forks. Site ground conditions were extremely poor involving extensive earthworks and difficult construction conditions working along side existing rail lines.

Arben Management has been engaged by Australia Post to manage the design, construction and fitout of new 6,500m² mail delivery centre.


Stockland Pemulwuy

M4 Greystanes Industrial Park, Pemulwuy

Client: Stockland Industrial Division
Duration: May 2005 - July 2006

This 7.3 hectare site is designated as SEPP59 Employment Land. The venture involves the development of the Precinct Plan in conjunction with Holroyd City Council. The projected included the development and construction of approximately 35,000m² of industrial warehousing with 900m² of commercial offices and re-use of the existing McMaster building. In 2008, the industrial park was sold by Stockland for $53.5M to German fund Deka Immobilien Investment.

Century Estate consisted of 10 Warehouse Offices (of total area of 12000m² approximately) located in Alexandria on a single title. Stockland acquired this asset as part of purchasing an AMP portfolio. Arben Management was engaged to manage the various authorities in attaining Strata-Subdivision for the Estate to be on-sold. This involved diligence in establishing the most efficient way to achieve Strata Consent whilst minimizing Building Code of Australia and Fire Services upgrading. Additionally, separate contracts were let concurrently for internal, roof and external Make Good work. The Project was completed successfully on time, under budget and with a desirable outcome in terms of the Strata-Subdivision. The works are valued at $1m.

Arben continues to assist Stockland with planning for this 17ha site which is currently approved for the construction of approximately 100,000m² of industrial facilities.
