These projects have varied in scope and size, though the common factor to all these successful projects has been Arben's understanding of the client's needs, and a co-operative and unified approach to solve the projects' challenges.

6 & 7 Eden Park Rd, North Ryde

Arben Management was appointed as Project Manager for Investa Commercial Developments on this leading commercial office development in North Ryde. The project comprised of two separate office buildings, both of which will achieve a 4.5 star Australian Greenhouse Building Rating, as well as a licensed restaurant to serve the office precinct. 6 Eden Park Drive has four levels of underground parking, retail shops & a childcare centre, and over 12,000m² of commercial office space. 7 Eden Park drive has two levels of parking, retail shops and 7,000m² of office space. The project was completed in late March 2008.

Arben Management was appointed by Stockland to act as Project Manager for this prime 10,000m² commercial office building in the North Ryde technology hub. The 6 story building, with 2 levels of underground car parking, was delivered under a D&C contract, with St Hilliers appointed as the principal contractor. The facility is designed and constructed to achieve superior environmental performance. Construction was completed in January 2007.


Lot 21, Riverside Corporate Park, North Ryde

Triniti Business Campus, North Ryde

Client: Stockland Commercial & Industrial

Arben Management was appointed by Stockland for the project management of this commercial business campus. The campus is a 28,145 m² A-grade business park, which integrates three high quality buildings into a shared environment of landscaped outdoor public spaces, cafes and meeting places. The complex is occupied by a number of blue chip companies including Baulderstone, Downer EDI Engineering, Goodman Fielder and CSR. The project won the Property Council of Australia 2010 National Innovation & Excellence award for Business Parks.


Gowing Bros Building, Market Street

Arben Management was the Project Manager for the refurbishment of the Gowings Building on the corner of Market and George Streets, Sydney. The project comprised not only the 6 levels of retails, but also 8 levels of commercial office floors. The project budget was in the order of $25m and the refurbishment had to be undertaken to meet all heritage requirements. The project had the added challenge of remaining fully tenanted as well as continue Gowings retail trading throughout the refurbishment process. Arben coordinated the temporary relocation of existing tenants within the building and managed the disruption that occurs during the refurbishment process.

The redevelopment of this building incorporated a concert venue, bars, food outlets, and office accommodation. Towards the later stage of the construction works, Arben was engaged by the University Union to assist the consultants and builder to achieve a timely practical completion. Arben also acted as Client Representative.

Arben Management was engaged by Windermere Chambers for the project and construction management of this heritage office building refurbishment. The project involved close coordination and planning with the new tenant, General Pants & Co, with the base building refurbishment being specially tailored to suit their office layouts and IT requirements. The refurbishment involved replacement of the bathrooms, kitchens, air conditioning, electrical lighting, flooring and plumbing. The project was completed on time and within a very tight budget.


Chubb Asia Pacific

Construction Value: $3.5 million

Arben Management was appointed to project manage the refurbishment and redevelopment of their Sydney cash room operations. The project entailed the refurbishment and extension of the facility and introduction of new IT and operating methods, whilst fully maintaining operations. Temporary facilities were constructed and number of relocations undertaken to ensure that no down time was experienced. Careful management of contractors was also required due to the security nature of the facility. The project was completed on time and on budget.
